"I attended the ALMA International Academy of Italian Cuisine, a key step that allowed me to learn the basics of haute cuisine from the best teachers. After finishing the high course I had professional experiences in some of the best restaurants in Italy and abroad. The stages were very important, each of the great chefs with whom I worked gave me something and for this reason I am grateful to them. Today I am leading a young and united team. Teamwork is at the base of the success of this cuisine. I warmly welcome numerous trainees , it is right to sow again what you have reaped.”
